Hiring: Interior Designer (3-5 Years Experience) – Singapore

Specialising in HDB BTO / Condo / Landed Projects

️ About the Role

We are a fast-growing interior design firm delivering high-quality residential projects across Singapore, including HDB BTOs, condominiums, and landed homes.

We’re seeking an experienced Interior Designer (3-5 years relevant experience) who can effectively handle client requirements, prepare quotations, and oversee sites under your care.

Important:

• This role does NOT require you to produce detailed design drawings or proposals.
• You will be supported by our skilled backend design team who handles all proposals and drawings.
• Your primary responsibilities: client interface, quotation preparation, and site management.

What You’ll Do

• Meet clients, understand their requirements & lifestyle needs.
• Work with our design team to translate client needs into clear briefs.
• Prepare accurate quotations and manage client expectations on scope & budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure works meet design intent & quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to keep projects running smoothly.
• Ensure timelines and budgets are respected.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years solid experience in interior design, with a focus on residential (HDB, condo, landed).
• Strong client-facing skills – professional, confident, and able to build trust.
• Good understanding of renovation workflows and site progress.
• Able to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Highly organised, accountable, and solution-oriented.
• Singaporean / PR preferred.

If you’re just looking to do pretty drawings without stepping on site or managing real work, this is NOT the role for you.
We need someone who can take projects from brief to completion — with hands-on site involvement and full client ownership.
