Candidate salary range based on working experiences and academic major.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts, including space planning, furniture selection, material specification, and color palettes.
- Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and floor plans.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive construction documents, including furniture layouts, elevations, and material schedules.
- Source and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project execution within budget and timeline.
- Oversee the installation and styling of projects to ensure design intent is realized.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective communication and organization.
- Contribute to the overall creative direction and growth of the company.
- Visit the job site when is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in Commercial project.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and building codes.
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
