Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop creative and innovative design concepts, including space planning, furniture selection, material specification, and color palettes.
• Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and floor plans.
• Produce accurate and comprehensive construction documents, including furniture layouts, elevations, and material schedules.
• Source and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project execution within budget and timeline.
• Oversee the installation and styling of projects to ensure design intent is realized.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective communication and organization.
• Contribute to the overall creative direction and growth of the company.
• Visit the job site when is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in Commercial project.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and building codes.
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
