Job description

Candidate should be able to accomplish the following work scope:-

• Meet prospects to expand the firm’s business
• Conceptualize interior designs
• Crystalize concepts into drawings (hand drawings or software)
• Project Management / Coordination
• Liaise closely with contractors and suppliers, able to plan and monitor delivery schedule
• Able to manage client’s expectations and build rapport with clientele
• Able to work independently with responsibility
• Great interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and possess positive attitude to learn
• Creative and imaginative
• Able to visualize concepts and explain them to clients
• Good organizational skills to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget
• Self-discipline
• Good mannerism with positive attitude

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture
• Knowledge in Interior Design/Architecture, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D StudioMax would be advantageous
• Basic required skill(s): Word, Excel, Powerpoint
