Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 4–5 years of experience in commercial interior design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (PowerPoint).
• Strong conceptual design and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand project requirements and develop design proposals.
• Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint, mood boards, and concept decks).
• Create concept designs, space planning, and 3D models (SketchUp).
• Coordinate with 3D visualizers to produce high-quality renderings.
• Prepare design development and detailed drawings (construction, tender, and as-built drawings).
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants on materials and construction matters.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, as-built records, and O&M manuals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality.
