Job summary

The DreamR Project Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to manage and deliver interior design projects from concept through installation. You will drive client satisfaction through strategic design development, technical precision, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings, selecting FF&E, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite for design documentation.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furnishings and building codes.
• Demonstrated project management skills to oversee timelines and stakeholders.

Job Summary

Manage and deliver interior design projects from concept through installation, driving client satisfaction and project success through strategic design development, technical precision, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects by developing innovative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans that align with client requirements and budget constraints


• Create detailed technical drawings and documentation using CAD software to ensure precise design execution


• Specify and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), materials, and finishes to meet design objectives and quality standards


• Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and architects to facilitate seamless project delivery and resolve design-related challenges


• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, assess quality, and proactively address any issues to maintain timelines and standards


• Communicate design intent clearly through presentations and client interactions to influence decision-making and secure approvals

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce accurate design documentation and visual presentations


• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furnishings, and building codes to ensure compliant and functional designs


• Demonstrated project management skills to oversee timelines, resources, and stakeholder coordination effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field as foundational knowledge supporting design expertise


• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project outcomes and design innovation
