Job description

Looking for a passionate individual who has a passion for interior design to join and grow with us.

Covers design aspects:

1. Space planning, conceptual design development, and detailing.
2. Layout planning, material, and construction proposal.
3. Articulate and present design proposals to clients.
4. Produce detail, shop, and construction drawings and specifications, maintaining and monitoring the drawings schedule.
5. Responsible for work related to drafting and design including 2D detailing and 3D modeling, site survey, and as-built.
6. Liase and coordinate with designers, suppliers, and vendors.
7. Ensure design/drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements.
8. Ensure final drawings are produced on time.
9. Good understanding of material costs and application.

Requirements:

1. 3 to 5 years working experience in the commercial interior design industry preferred.
2. Neat and organized.
3. Positive working attitude.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficient in AutoCad, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketchup.
6. Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
