A local contracting company in Singapore is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee renovation projects. The role includes scheduling workflows, liaising with suppliers, engaging with clients, and ensuring the completion of high-quality projects within budget and deadlines. Ideal candidates should have experience in project management and customer relations.
Project Management:
· Scheduling of workflow to ensure smooth coordination with stakeholders of renovation projects
· Working with a team to design, conceptualize and space-plan creatively with detailed work specifications
· Liaison with suppliers and contractors during the construction/implementation phase
· Manage projects to meet deadlines and budget
Customer Engagement:
· Client liaison/presentation to provide advice on interior design and renovation solutions
· Follow up on sales leads
· Ensure customer satisfaction
Supervision:
· Work closely with suppliers & internal contractors to ensure high-quality project completion
Ascertain proposed design & timeline set are duly achieved
