Job summary

A leading design and construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced interior designer to handle commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include designing fit-out projects, liaising with clients and suppliers, and developing detailed design concepts. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in design software like Sketch Up and Auto-CAD.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge and experience in design of commercial/industrial/retail interior fitting out projects.
• Liaison with clients, designers, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Experience in conceptualize, layout planning, detailed drawings & design develop
• Strong in conceptualization in commercial office & residential interior with good presentation skill and client’s service.
• Good communication and engagement with the client;
• Familiar with Interior design fit-out costing

Requirements:

• Well versed in Sketch up and Auto-CAD will be an added advantage
