Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead client projects from consultation to confirmation, developing creative design concepts, space planning, material selection and 2D/3D drawings.

You will prepare quotations, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and communicate with clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an Interior Design firm.
• Able to independently handle clients from consultation to project confirmation.
• Experience in preparing quotations, costing and design proposals.
• Strong knowledge of interior design, renovation processes and detailed design drawings.

Responsibilities

• Independently meet and liaise with clients to understand their renovation and design requirements.
• Develop creative and practical interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, furniture and lighting.
• Prepare design proposals, presentations, 2D/3D drawings and renderings.
• Prepare quotations, costing and project proposals based on clients' requirements.
• Manage the client journey from initial consultation, design proposal and quotation to sales closing.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and client expectations.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials and industry developments.
