ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Interior Designer, you will take charge of full turn-key projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver creative and functional design solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop strong and innovative interior concepts

Manage and oversee full turn-key projects independently

Handle project & design management to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion

Source materials and ensure accuracy in costing and budgeting

Work closely with clients to bring their vision to life

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with at least residential sector experience (commercial sector experience is a bonus!)

Strong conceptualization and design development skills

Proven ability to handle full-scale projects from start to finish

Excellent project management and execution skills

Strong knowledge of material sourcing and cost estimation

Able to work independently and have a good sense of reporting to company of the project's progress and status

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Basic Salary: Based on past experience and portfolio

Commission Structure: Determined by project
