Interior Designer

About the Role:

We're looking for a talented Interior Designer with a focus on office and workplace design to join our team. You'll be shaping the future of how teams work, collaborate, and thrive by designing inspiring, efficient, and brand-aligned office environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands how smart design impacts productivity, company culture, and employee well-being.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of office interiors from concept to completion.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand organizational goals, workflows, and brand identity.
3. Create detailed space plans, layouts, 3D visuals, and finish palettes tailored for modern work environments.
4. Source and specify commercial-grade furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes.
5. Present design concepts and material boards to clients and stakeholders.
6. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors during design and construction phases.
7. Ensure projects meet code requirements, SCDF compliance, and ergonomic best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma & above in Interior Design or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience designing corporate or office interiors.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing office/workplace design projects.
5. Knowledge of commercial building codes, workplace planning standards, and ergonomics.
6. Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.
