Job description

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 5.30pm
• Saturday: 8.00am - 12.30pm
• 5.5 days work weeks

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed design proposals, including technical drawings and 3D renderings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, space requirements, and project goals.
• Developing creative, innovative, and functional interior design concepts and plans.
• Select and coordinate the procurement of high-quality furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with the client's vision and budget.
• Overseeing project implementation to ensure timely delivery and top-notch quality.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns throughout the design process.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• At least 5 years experiences in designing of high & low rise residential, retail & commercial, hotels, industrial buildings.
• Able to do construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of building regulations and codes.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and color schemes, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Vray, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Sketchup or AI.
• Passionate about design and enthusiasm to deliver the very best for our clients.
• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Willing travel to overseas when required
