Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Sales Designer located in Singapore. The Interior Sales Designer will be responsible for meeting clients to understand their design needs, developing and presenting design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and quotations, and managing renovation projects from inception to completion. The role also includes liaising with suppliers and contractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining excellent client relations throughout the project.
Qualifications
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and building codes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
Project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A keen eye for detail and creativity in design solutions
Relevant experience in interior design or a related field is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related discipline is an advantage
