Job summary

A leading company seeks an Interior Sales Designer to work on various residential projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, be able to work independently while executing projects from start to finish and produce detailed construction drawings. This role offers a stable remuneration of 3,500 to 4,500 SGD monthly.

Position: Interior Sales Designer

Expected remuneration: stable min 3,500 – 4,500

Project type: All types of residential

General criteria:

1. Singaporean or SPR;

2. Able to work independently;

3. Understand and able to do costing;

4. Space planning and have experiences working with customer to achieve desired plans;

5. Able to execute projects from beginning till end with proper handover;

6. Able to produce construction drawings (M&E, carpentry, tile layout, etc);

7. At least 2 years’ experience.

Position: Senior Interior Sales Designer

Expected remuneration: stable min 5,100 – 6,000

Project type: All types of residential with architectural knowledge

General criteria:

1. Singaporean or SPR;

2. Able to work independently;

3. Understand and able to do costing;

4. Space planning and have experiences working with customer to achieve desired plans;

5. Able to execute projects from beginning till end with proper handover;

6. Able to produce construction drawings (M&E, carpentry, tile layout, etc);

7. At least 4 years’ experience.
