GTRUST ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Interior Design Project Manager to lead client consultations, space planning, materials sourcing, and on-site coordination for renovation projects.

You will create floor plans, 3D visuals, and technical drawings while ensuring compliance with local codes and budgets. Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit is preferred, with strong coordination across contractors and suppliers.

Formación

• Experience in meeting clients to understand lifestyle, brand and budget.
• Ability to interpret space needs and draft layout concepts.
• Familiarity with local building and fire safety codes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Client Consultation: Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, brand identity, functional needs, preferred aesthetics, and budget.
• Space Planning & Concepts: Create floor plans, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visual models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Material & Product Sourcing: Select colors, lighting, furniture, flooring, wall finishes, fabrics, and custom joinery matching the project scope.
• Technical Drawings & Compliance: Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and elevations while ensuring compliance with local building and fire safety codes.
• Quotation & Budgeting: Calculate material and contractor costs, draft client quotations, and manage project expenses.
• Project & Site Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineers, schedule deliveries, and supervise on-site renovation work until completion
