Role Overview:
As a Sales Interior Designer, you will combine your creativity and sales expertise to transform clients’ visions into stunning, functional spaces. This role requires a strong ability to connect with clients, present compelling design solutions, and manage the end-to-end project journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients through quality leads provided by the company.
Provide tailored advice on space planning and conceptualize designs to meet client needs and preferences.
Work collaboratively with in-house 3D Designers to develop and present creative design solutions.
Guide clients in selecting materials and finishes, while preparing detailed and accurate quotations.
Coordinate with the Project Management team to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of renovation projects.
Key Requirements:
Strong track record in closing deals, ideally in interior design, luxury sales, or consultative selling.
Ability to create aesthetically pleasing, functional solutions with strong space-planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building long-lasting client relationships.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
Flexibility to accommodate shift hours and weekend schedules as required.

3+ years of experience in interior design sales or high-end client-facing roles.
Educational background in interior design, architecture, or related disciplines.
