• Be the bridge – Work closely with clients to understand their dreams, and then align our designers, contractors, and suppliers to bring them to life.
• Master the juggle – Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, making sure every detail clicks into place.
• Own the site – Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, solve problems on the spot, and inspire confidence in everyone involved.
• Ensure compliance – Keep everything in line with local building codes and safety regulations, because excellence includes responsibility.
• Handle the unexpected – Tackle ad hoc challenges with grace, agility, and a solutions-first mindset.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing interior design or related projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
• Certifications like PMP or CID? Even better!
• A proven track record of managing multiple projects without breaking a sweat—and delivering outstanding results.
• Communication and leadership skills that inspire trust, motivate teams, and reassure clients.
