️ Project Support / Manager

Turning designs into reality, one site at a time.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive team player who can own the site like a boss. From technical prep to final handover, you’ll be the key link between design dreams and on-site execution.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Prepare quotes, ballpark budgets & timelines — organised is your middle name.
• Advise Sales + Clients on technical issues & spot problems before they happen.
• Support Sales Team with drawings, finishes, wallpapers & paint selections (yes, you’ve got taste too).
• Confirm site measurements with carpenters & Sales — nothing slips past you.
• Coordinate manpower & site progress to stay on schedule.
• Solve on-site issues, do quality checks, clear defects, and support during handovers.
• Assist with installation/unboxing when needed — team spirit, right?
• Keep our Project Director updated with timely progress reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in interior project management or relevant design certification.
• Strong in site coordination, timelines & problem solving.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Sharp eye, clear communicator, time ninja.
• Team-oriented, self-driven, and cool under pressure.
