Job summary

Aedas Interiors is seeking an senior Interior Design Lead to oversee interior design projects from concept to completion in Singapore. You will lead project teams, manage client communications, and contribute to quality, timelines, and documentation.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture, 10+ years in a similar role, hospitality design experience, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
10+ years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in hospitality design.
Experience liaising with clients and consultants.
Knowledge of building codes and interior design principles.
Strong communication, presentation, project management, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop.

Responsibilities

Lead design presentations and oversee project documentation.
Manage coordination among consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Manage project timelines and quality standards.
Oversee construction administration, including RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and site inspections.
Mentor junior designers and support their development.
