CLT Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Interior Design Draughtsman to join our Jurong West team. The role focuses on transforming client visions into functional interior spaces through detailed drawings and CAD plans.

You will collaborate with the design team, prepare 3D visuals, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards while delivering buildable, high-quality designs. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficient in CAD software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
• Strong technical drawing and drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in designing/commercial, residential, or hospitality interiors.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed technical drawings and CAD plans for interior design projects.
• Collaborating with the design team to translate concepts into buildable solutions.
• Preparing presentation materials, including 3D visualisations, to communicate designs to clients.
• Ensuring designs comply with building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Providing technical support to the project team throughout design and implementation.
• Staying updated with industry trends, materials and technologies.
