Interior Design Drafter

About the role

As an Interior Design Drafter at Renologist Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into detailed technical plans and drawings. This full-time role is based in the Geylang Central Region and will play a crucial part in the company's interior design projects, ensuring the successful translation of client visions into practical, functional and visually appealing spaces.

Job Description

• Produce 2D space planning on layout plans based on design conceptualization
  
• Develop 3D rendering visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and colour rendering with detailed materials and furnishings chosen with accurate specifications
  
• Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure that drawings meet client's request
  
• Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancements
  
• Play an active role in providing creative interior designs & design for marketing
  
• Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.

Requirements

• Proficient in 2D AutoCAD, 3D Max (V-Ray), Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience in residential projects
• Able to take accurate site measurement and incorporate them into drawings.
• Portfolio for commercial projects will be an advantage
• Knowledge of 360 view will be an add on
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Required language: English and Mandarin (able to liaise with mandarin supplier and customer)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
