• Lead and oversee the design direction of all interior projects from concept to completion.
• Review and approve all design proposals, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and client briefs.
• Drive innovation in spatial planning, materials, and user experience.
• Set quality standards and ensure consistency across all deliverables.

Project Oversight

• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and consultants to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Participate in high-level client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.

Team Management

• Mentor and manage the design team, providing regular feedback, training, and development opportunities.
• Allocate team resources effectively across multiple projects.

Client Engagement
