Job description

SCOPE OF WORKS:

1. Creative individual with good design flair

5. Work closely with the Associate/Creative Director to define the scope of works and pitch strategy
6. Handle commercial projects ranging from retail, hotel, and office spaces
7. Handle residential projects ranging from condominiums to landed properties

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
2. Proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, SketchUp, Photoshop
3. Minimum of 1 year or more of relevant experience as an Interior Designer, focusing on commercial interior design
4. Expert knowledge of the design process, including M&E, detailed construction drawings, color, and materials
5. Strong knowledge of furniture and carpentry systems, specifications, and detailing
6. Self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to work independently
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Skilled in conceptual thinking and experiential design
9. Ability to communicate design ideas and directions effectively and quickly
