Job summary

GTRUST ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled project coordinator for interior design and renovation projects in Singapore.

You will meet clients, translate their lifestyle and brand identity into space concepts, and develop floor plans and 3D visuals using AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit. Responsibilities include sourcing materials, preparing technical drawings and elevations, drafting quotations, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers on-site until project completion.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, brand identity, functional needs, preferred aesthetics, and budget.
• Create floor plans, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visual models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Select colors, lighting, furniture, flooring, wall finishes, fabrics, and custom joinery matching the project scope.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and elevations while ensuring compliance with local building and fire safety codes.
• Calculate material and contractor costs, draft client quotations, and manage project expenses.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineers, schedule deliveries, and supervise on-site renovation work until completion
