About the Role

This hybrid role combines creative design advisory, high-touchclient experience, and sales performance responsibilities. You willbe the client’s design partner from first enquiry to project confirmation,ensuring both design excellence and strong sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Client Advisory
  • Understand client needs, preferences,and lifestyle through consultations.
  • Develop mood boards, layout proposals,material palettes, and design concepts.
  • Deliver persuasive design presentationsthat clearly communicate value.
  • Coordinate with designers, suppliers,and contractors throughout project stages.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure alignmentwith design intent and quality.
  • Assist in sourcing and procurement ofmaterials, finishes, and furnishings.
Sales & Client RelationshipManagement
  • Act as the first point of contact forenquiries with timely, polished communication.
  • Conduct discovery calls, nurture leads,and qualify potential clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals,quotations, and scope-of-work documents.
  • Guide clients through decision-makingand effectively address objections.
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthysales pipeline.
  • Track sales performance and collaboratewith leadership on improvements.
  • Build long-term relationships thatsupport referrals and repeat engagements.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design,Interior Architecture, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of interior design orsales-consulting experience (luxury preferred).
  • Strong aesthetic sense and proficiencyin design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Coohom etc.).
  • Excellent communication andclient-handling skills.
  • Confident in sales conversations andvalue explanation.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detailoriented.
  • Passion for interior design and creatingelevated client experiences.
