Interior Architecture Assistant

About the Role
Are you a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architecture Designer passionate about transforming residential spaces? This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Creative Director, shaping innovative concepts into reality while growing your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Creative Director in designing and developing high-end residential projects (landed properties) from concept to completion.
2. Generate 2D/3D drawings, renderings (SketchUp, Enscape), and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively.
3. Prepare detailed technical drawings (AutoCAD), material schedules, and specifications for tender and construction.
4. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design intent, and resolve on-site challenges.
5. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
6. Stay updated on Singapore’s building codes, interior trends, and innovative materials/technologies.

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in residential interior design (landed properties preferred).
3. Technical Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), Microsoft Office.
4. Strong conceptualization and presentation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
5. Excellent communication in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and contractors).
6. Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
