Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have:

• A degree in Interior Architecture or Engineering in Interior Design
• At least 6-11 years of experience with a minimum of recent 4 years in interior designing
• Full proficiency in interior design tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, etc.
• A strong background in Interior Architecture, technical ability, and broad knowledge of materiality
• Passion for product and specialist finishes
• Experience working on all project stages, from concept to completion
• Understanding of project programs, deadlines, costs, and budgets
• An eye for scale, balance, detail, and color
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English

Creative Direction:

• Present and sell concepts confidently to clients.

Design + Project Management:

• Provide project leadership and seamless service.
• Deliver space planning and technical design within building regulations.
• Coordinate documentation, updates, and revisions.
• Develop detailed specifications and project timelines.
• Manage project information and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply strategic thinking, forecast risks, and propose solutions.
• Close projects efficiently, support in finalizing and rectifying issues.
