Job summary
A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to oversee maintenance across multiple job sites, including electrical and air-conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or higher qualification in Facilities Management, possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior role, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Integrated Facilities Maintenance industry in a senior role.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance across multiple job sites including electrical, air-con, plumbing, and building issues.
- Supervise supervisors and workers at the site.
- Prepare tender documents and monthly reports for each job site.

Job responsibility
- To manage the maintenance (Multiple Job sites) including Electrical, Air-con Plumbing and Building issues.
- To supervise supervisors and workers the works at site.
- To prepare for tender documents.
- To supervise Admin staff and approve for the petty cash.
- Manage External sub-contractor (if any) and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.
- Report to the job site owner and clients on the defect and closed back the loop when completed.
- Prepare monthly meeting minutes
- Prepare monthly report for each job site
- Prepare quotation for minor and FM works
- Required to do some minor trouble shooting and hands on work if required.
Requirement
- Min Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building Electrical or Aircon Maintenance Qualification
- Min 3 years working experience in Intergrated Facilities Maintenance industry as senior role.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good rapport with clients.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
