Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years d'expérience dans des projets méga d'huile et de gaz (>S$500M).
• Expérience avérée en gestion des interfaces dans des projets EPC.
• Compréhension des exigences réglementaires de Singapour.

Responsibilities

• Coordination de tous les interfaces pour un projet majeur de gaz naturel.
• Gestion des conflits d'interfaces et des incohérences techniques.
• Identification des risques d'interface et développement de plans d'atténuation.

Job Title: Interface Manager Location: Singapore (Site-Based with Office Coordination)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (Project-Based)
Reporting To: Project Director

Position Overview

Our client are seeking an experiencedInterface Managerto coordinate all cross-functional interfaces for a major natural gas project in Singapore. The successful candidate will act as the central point for managing technical, contractual, and operational interfaces between multiple contractors, disciplines, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interface Coordination

• Establish and maintain theInterface Management Plan

Identify and track all project interfaces including:

• Engineering interfaces(process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)

• Construction interfaces(civil, structural, piping, E&I)

• Third-party interfaces(utilities, port authorities, government agencies)

Maintain theInterface RegisterandAction Tracking System

2. Stakeholder Management

Facilitateinterface agreement meetingsbetween:

• EPC contractors

• Licensors and technology providers

• Client operations team

• Regulatory bodies (SCDF, MOM, NEA)

• Resolve interface conflicts and technical discrepancies

3. Documentation Control

Manage the issuance and approval of:

• Interface Control Documents (ICDs)

• Technical Query (TQ) responses

• Design Change Notices

• Ensure proper close-out of all interface issues

4. Risk Management

• Identify potential interface risks and develop mitigation plans

• Monitor interface-related KPIs and report to project leadership

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical)

• 10+ yearsexperience inoil & gas mega projects(>S$500M)

• Proven track record ininterface managementfor EPC projects

Strong understanding of:

1. Multi-contractor coordination

2. 3D model clash detection processes

3. Singapore regulatory requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Certification inProject Management (PMP/PRINCE2)

• Experience withBIM/SP3D/Navisworks
