Job Description:
  • Approving and reviewing advertisements related to compliance.
  • Uploading advertisements on BAP.
  • Handling internal audits and conducting compliance audits and testing to identify and address regulatory gaps.
  • Conducting outsourced committee meetings, reporting material activities, and maintaining MOM and compliance filings with the regulator.
  • Vetting product documents and ensuring filing compliance, including PMC meetings and approvals.
  • Managing compliance related to place of business, including filings for branch openings, closures, and relocations.
  • Ensuring submission of periodic and adhoc returns to IRDAI, IIB, GIC.
  • Preparing summaries of regulatory updates and maintaining a compliance checklist.
  • Providing opinions to internal departments regarding compliance and tracking actionable items for implementation.
