The company focuses on creating a positive impact on growth trajectories and employee fulfillment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Specialist at SGP India Private Limited. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for quality control, quality assurance, quality management, and quality auditing processes on a day-to-day basis.Qualifications And Roles And Responsibilities Experience in End-User Support : Must have 7+ years of experience working in Client Support (Managing Client with respect to status update, bugs reporting etc) Proficiency in SQL : Must have a solid understanding of SQL, including the ability to write and review complex SQL queries. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Must be able to effectively collaborate with both the Support and Product teams to review, identify, and resolve issues promptly. Complex Application Testing : Must have 3-10 years of experience managing and executing complex testing for applications used across large corporations and multiple lines of business. Strong Communication Skills : Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to assist the Documentation team in accurately capturing and documenting test cases and results. Understanding of Frontend Development : Must have a foundational understanding of coding principles to assist the QA team in comprehensively understanding the applications being tested from a frontend perspective. Agile Methodologies and Sprint Participation : Must have experience working within Agile frameworks and processes, including the ability to work closely with Development teams during sprints to understand upcoming features, prepare relevant test cases, and ensure thorough testing coverage.(ref:hirist.tech),
