Interaction / UX Designer
Job Summary
As an Interaction/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating products that enhance user experiences. You will work as part of an agile team developing products used by the Financial Industry and Client in support of financial supervision functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct user research to understand users' goals, behaviors, and needs.
- Develop user models and other domain-specific models based on research findings.
- Define context scenarios and create narratives that describe ideal user experiences.
- Identify and articulate product/system capabilities and requirements that support users’ goals and tasks.
- Design the overall structure, information flows, and workflows of systems.
- Conduct evaluative research to test and refine designs, ensuring they effectively support user tasks and goals.
- Foster empathy for users and stakeholders throughout the design process.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Educational background in a Design discipline (e.g., Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications), HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
