Job Summary : The Oracle ERP Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle ERP projects.This role requires extensive experience in managing ERP implementations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Management : Lead the planning and execution of Oracle ERP projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Stakeholder Management : Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Team Leadership : Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Budget Management : Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints. Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes. Change Management : Oversee change management activities, including training and support for end-users.
