The Role

We're seeking an Integration Support Engineer (SDK/API) to join our team as the primary technical liaison between our partners and development team. In this role, you'll ensure successful implementation of our AdTech SDK across Unity, Android, Flutter, React Native, iFrame and API platforms, while providing exceptional technical support and comprehensive documentation.

In your first six months, you'll lead a complete rewrite of our SDK documentation, establish new support processes, help current clients successfully integrate our SDK, and work to reduce integration time and support tickets through improved documentation and sample code.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for SDK integration issues across all supported platforms
  • Troubleshoot integration problems, debug code, and develop effective solutions
  • Analyze logs, replicate issues, and collaborate with developers on complex problems
  • Maintain comprehensive SDK documentation for all supported platforms
  • Create platform-specific tutorials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
  • Develop sample implementations demonstrating best practices
  • Conduct technical onboarding calls and provide implementation guidance
  • Translate client needs into clear technical requirements
  • Create detailed tickets for bug fixes and feature requests
  • Test SDK functionality across all supported environments

What You'll Need

Technical Skills:

  • Strong programming knowledge in multiple languages (at least 2 of the following):
    • Unity (C#) - at least 3 years of experience
    • Android (Java/Kotlin) - at least 3 years of experience
    • Flutter (Dart) - at least 3 years of experience
  • Experience with mobile game and app development across multiple platforms
  • Familiarity with platform-specific debugging tools

Communication Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (required)
  • Experience creating technical documentation and tutorials

Professional Skills:

  • Passion for best practices: implementing design patterns, maintaining DRY principles, standardizing code formatting and development processes
  • Ability to make and take responsibility for high-level technical decisions
  • Strong team player who also demonstrates individual excellence
  • High level of analytical, planning, and organizational abilities

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Knowledge of AdTech concepts, ad rendering, tracking, and measurement
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • Familiarity with Linux environments
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS services (DynamoDB, Aerospike, etc.), PostgreSQL, API integration, RESTful APIs or task managers
