DTCC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Integration Consultant I to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite for client engagements. You will act as a primary contact, oversee project plans, and drive onboarding from go-live to successful production handover.

The role requires 4+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and strong PM, communication, and client-facing skills. Preference for PMP and multi-language capabilities.

The Impact you will have in this role:

The Integration Consultant I works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products. The Integration Consultant I will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan and executing and overseeing all onboarding activities through "go- live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
• Continue to grow and build on knowledge about the company’s products, solutions, and related technologies.
• Serve as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement. Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
• Act as the primary client point of contact. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously. Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.
• Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as required in client contracts.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery and develop mitigation plans.
• Support clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to Production Support teams.
• Oversee transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (written and verbal communication).
• Experience preferably in the Financial Services industry with understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business.
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading implementation projects and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations to clients.
• Proven ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address their pain points.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Proficient in a second language is highly desirable.
• Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Talents Needed for Success:

• Demonstrated project management and application integration skills required, PMP certified desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferably in the Financial Services industry with understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business e.g. STP and current securities industry initiatives
• Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols highly desirable
• Must have extensive client facing experience with proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate information/issues clearly and succinctly to technical/non-technical colleagues and clients. Demonstrated problem-solving capability and analytical skills.
