Job description

Basic information:

• Monday – Friday ; 8.30pm – 6pm (Standby required)
• Basic UP $4500 + Incentives + Allowances + AWS + Bonus
• Location: Islandwide

Job scope:

• Manage end-to-end service and maintenance operations to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for all client maintenance matters.
• Lead and delegate tasks within the service team for smooth delivery.
• Develop service plans, allocate resources, and track key milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement in service efficiency and team performance.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Oversee both technical and operational aspects to deliver high-quality outcomes
