Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing or related discipline.
• Understanding of integrated media, performance marketing and campaign measurement.
• Familiarity with Singapore media landscape; luxury or premium brand experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated media planning across digital, social, search, programmatic, performance and offline channels.
• Coordinate campaign implementation with internal teams, media partners and vendors.
• Manage media plans, budgets, timelines, documentation and material deadlines.
• Collaborate with media buys and billing operations.
• Monitor campaign delivery and flag risks or optimization opportunities promptly.
• Prepare performance reports, competitive reviews and post-campaign analyses.
• Turn data and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Support client meetings, presentations and regular campaign updates.
