About the Job

Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply organization is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Modulus. The Modulus Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges as well as Specialty Care Biologics products.

Main Accountabilities

  • Configure, maintain, and update MES and DHS to support production needs effectively
  • Support system implementation and upgrades
  • Configure and optimize MES, Data Historian, and OT Connectivity systems
  • Manage and maintain technical data, including equipment properties
  • Troubleshoot and continuously improve IMS performance
  • Lead MES-related projects for new products and production setups in APU
  • Participate in global networks, contribute lessons learned to the network
  • Participate in global initiatives when requested
  • Responsible to understand current global design guidelines and application
  • Provide SME support for deviation root cause analysis
  • Lead implementation of MES scope for site CAPAs

  • A: Advise on system configuration changes and updates to improve functionality
  • A: Review and approve system configurations as per site needs
  • A/I: Support data integrity and oversee data management practices
  • A/I: Guide local project implementations to ensure MES integration
  • I: Involved in system design and upgrade discussions, providing technical insights
  • I: Implement improvements based on performance analysis

Expected Experience

  • Strong experience in MES and Data Historian systems (Siemens OpCenter and Aspen IP.21)
  • Experience of interfaces management between MES and manufacturing equipment
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies implementation
  • Experience in troubleshooting and enhancing system performance
