Job description

Quality Specialist

The Quality Specialist is a member of the KN Integrated Logistics Team, responsible for implementing and overseeing a quality management system aligned with Pharma standards (GxP) to meet internal and external customer requirements.

Your Role

The position reports to the Business Manager of KN Integrated Logistics and collaborates closely with teams including Logistics Partner Management, Performance Management, and Business Analytics.

Your Responsibilities
  • Establish procedures and quality standards, monitor delivery against targets, and report on quality and business control matters.
  • Achieve quality assurance objectives by managing daily activities, addressing gaps, and providing feedback to stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain a GxP quality system following WHO GDP and EU GDP guidelines.
  • Ensure proper document practices for GxP documentation, including follow-up, storage, and archiving.
  • Proactively manage GDP changes and improvements.
  • Act as the SPOC for quality topics with customers and LSPs, organize meetings, and manage change control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with customer quality standards, organize and perform internal and external audits, and manage audit reports and corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal GxP trainings, review training needs, and support development of SOPs and WI's using industry standards.
  • Maintain the Technical Quality Agreement (TQA).
  • Handle non-conformities, perform gap analysis, propose action plans, and follow up on CAPAs.
  • Assist in developing proactive strategies to prevent future issues.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • 3-5 years of quality/regulatory experience in pharmaceutical or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
