Integrated Content Strategy Lead

Position Summary:

To lead and deliver integrated, content-first strategic solutions that drive growth for our clients and across markets, disciplines, and specialisms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Client Growth

• Lead strategic development across key clients via the Key Account Planning (KAP) process.
• Identify and convert client challenges into business growth opportunities for both the client and TAG.
• Drive revenue growth from existing clients and lead strategic direction in new business pitches.
• Champion a content-first, media++ mindset to unify media, creative, and content for maximum impact.

Integrated Solutions Development

• Collaborate with client, creative, media, and specialist teams (e.g. Entertainment, Gaming, Sports, Health, Commerce, Shopper) to craft integrated strategies.
• Define the right blend of capabilities for each client opportunity and lead the development and delivery of these solutions.

Cross-Market & Cross-Agency Collaboration

• Actively support markets by engaging deeply with local challenges—rolling up sleeves, not acting as an armchair consultant.
• Simplify complexity, provide clarity, and guide markets step-by-step to develop impactful solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with other agencies, driving positive friction to deliver people-centric, multi-stakeholder experiences.

Team Development & Talent Growth

• Mentor and develop strategists, planners, and client teams to raise the overall standard of strategic thinking.
• Contribute to a culture of care, collaboration, and long-term talent development within the strategy community.

Cultural & Societal Impact

• Lead with purpose, advocating for strategies that are good for people, brands, and broader society.
• Drive work that creates cultural impact, societal change, or innovation for the future.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• A strategist with a proven track record of delivering integrated growth strategies.
• Deeply passionate about the role of creativity and content in driving business results.
• Comfortable operating across disciplines and geographies, with a strong collaborative mindset.
• Commercially savvy, with the ability to link client needs to revenue-generating opportunities.
• A mentor and team builder who invests in people and culture.
• Purpose-driven, with a commitment to creating strategies that deliver for people, brands, and society.
