Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives within a regional insurance project in Singapore. The role blends project management, business analysis and hands-on delivery to ensure on-time, in-scope execution across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
• Strong background in the insurance industry, with exposure to claims, policy administration or enterprise insurance systems preferred.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Good understanding of system integrations, APIs and enterprise application landscapes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across insurance platforms and enterprise applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Drive project planning, roadmap development, risk management and delivery governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technology, vendors and business users, to ensure successful project execution.
• Work alongside Product Owners, Business Analyst and other project leads.
• Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates to senior management.
• Support solution design by understanding system integrations, APIs and end-to-end business processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
