- Policy Management: Process applications, renewals, extensions, and cancellations, and issue related documents.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
- Understanding Insurance Products and Regulations: Stay informed about different insurance products, coverage options, and relevant regulations.
- Sales and Marketing: May assist with marketing campaigns and make telemarketing calls to generate leads.
- Financial Analysis and Needs Assessment: Conduct financial needs analysis and offer insurance/protection discussions.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
