A leading company in insurance seeks an Insurance Product Specialist to drive sales through warm leads. Your role will involve achieving sales targets, engaging customers with tailored recommendations, and ensuring top-notch service standards. Previous experience in sales and strong communication skills are essential.
As an Insurance Product Specialist, you’ll engage warm leads via phone outreach, provide tailored recommendations, and drive sales — all while delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience.
Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining excellent call quality and service standards
Convert warm leads provided by the bank into successful sales through telemarketing
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to offer customers comprehensive solutions
Respond confidently to customer enquiries and follow through to closure
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk, and Quality Assurance guidelines
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and fulfillment
Take ownership of business and regulatory risks, flagging issues proactively
Share insights and best practices to strengthen team performance and compliance
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Strong sales acumen with a resilient and persuasive approach to outbound calls
Prior Sales experience needed
Confident and proactive when engaging customers and internal stakeholders
Meticulous with follow-ups and documentation
Able to manage multiple enquiries and tasks efficiently under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
High level of integrity, adaptability, and team spirit
BCP, PGI, HI certifications or prior insurance experience is advantageous
