Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in life insurance operations, product support, or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products including ILPs, Whole Life, or Term plans.
• Prior involvement in UAT planning, test execution, and defect management.

Product Delivery Officer

Location: Labrador Park
Duration: 10 months contract

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and system rollouts.

• Serve as the Operations representative in product and system-related meetings.

• Translate business and operational requirements into clear documentation for delivery teams.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal stakeholders.

• Conduct training sessions for New Business and Policy Servicing teams prior to go-live.

• Monitor product performance post-launch and coordinate issue resolution where needed.

• Update internal SOPs, handling rules, and user guides for newly launched products.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline with 1–3 years of relevant experience in life insurance operations, product support, or business analysis.

• Strong knowledge of life insurance products such as ILPs, Whole Life, or Term plans.

• Prior involvement in UAT planning, test execution, and defect management.

• Familiar with New Business or Policy Servicing workflows is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills — comfortable liaising with product, tech, and ops teams.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Jira is a plus.

• Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
