Job Responsibilities:
- Operations:
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operations, including policy servicing and liaising with partners for underwriting, claims, and support.
- Handle inquiries from all channels: inbound, outbound, emails, etc.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service:- Oversee customer service quality and service levels.
- Manage cases and feedback from internal and external sources, including feedback management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on complaint handling.
Digital Marketing:- Take overall responsibility for digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to convert online leads.
Business Development & Analysis:- Manage full value chain activities.
- Lead generation and sales cycle management.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitiveness to maximize growth and operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities for new business development.
- Prepare monthly pipelines for closure and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Training:- Manage training schedules and deliver training on processes, products, campaigns, and sales induction.
GIA Administration:- Handle GIA-related administration such as CPD hours, registration, and deregistration of agents.
- Ensure compliance with agency management frameworks and fulfill CPD hours for license renewal.
Projects:- Support or lead projects.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Others:- Undertake any ad-hoc duties and activities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or any related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in General Insurance.
- Certification in General Insurance (e.g., Basic Concepts, Personal, Commercial, and Health Insurance).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Adaptability to new systems and transformations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, organizational, and communication skills.
- Resourceful, meticulous, fast, and accurate.
