Responsibilities:
Admin Duty and hand on insurance claim work
Prepare Vehicle Estimate
Arrange Insurance surveyor and finalize
Prepare LOD and negotiate with insurance company
Handle customers and give advice
Analyzing accident claims
Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
O level / A level / diploma in related field
Computer literate
Required language: English and Chinese Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
