Job summary

  • Assist Insurance Specialists with administrative duties.
  • Arrange local and international couriers for document delivery.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation & Sales Support:
    Prepare high-quality client presentation materials in multiple languages, including policy illustrations, summary quotes, and review packs.

  • Administrative Duties:
    Assist Insurance Specialists with printing and binding documents, preparing application forms, and coordinating the submission of documents to insurers or internal departments.

  • Logistics Coordination:
    Arrange local and international couriers for timely delivery of client and insurer documents.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Operations) and external insurers to support smooth case handling and processing.

  • Documentation & Compliance:
    Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in insurance and/or banking

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; multilingual abilities are an advantage

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
