Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
  • Certifications: Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (BCP), Commercial General Insurance (CGI), Personal General Insurance (PGI).
  • Experience in handling motor insurance (new business & renewals).
  • Familiar with insurance company processes, commission management, and policy issuance.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal sales teams and marketing department activities.
  • Advise customers on insurance matters and ensure timely policy renewals.
  • Manage insurance win-back data and assist in client retention efforts.
  • Handle insurance related administration, renewals and cancellations.

Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Insurance Admin Executive / Senior Executive to support our motor and corporate insurance operations. This role involves handling insurance policy administration, customer support, renewals, quotations, and coordination with partners. You play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of insurance-related matters across all brands under the company.

Key Responsibilities
New Business and Renewals
  • Liaise with internal sales teams and marketing department to support activities.
  • Advise customers on insurance matters and ensure timely policy renewals.
  • Manage insurance win-back data and assist in client retention efforts.
  • Obtain and provide insurance quotations.
  • Handle insurance related administration, renewals and cancellations.
  • Spot and resolve discrepancies in policy documents and commission statements.
Corporate Insurance Management
  • Handle enrolment and renewals for corporate insurance plans.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
  • Respond to stakeholders’ inquiries regarding corporate coverage.
  • Participate in projects or tasks related to the insurance business process.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and directors.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all insurance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and insurance laws and regulations.
  • Continuously review and improve workflows for efficiency.
Ad-Hoc Duties
  • Perform any other duties relating to the insurance business.
Requirements
