Job Summary

Are you looking for a career in Production? Emerson has just the opportunity for you! We are seeking an Instrument Builder who will handle the product assembly and products built in compliance with the detailed requests and requirements as assigned to the Business Unit.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  1. Responsible for product assembly and products built to meet product specifications / Emerson's requirements.
  2. Ensuring proper handling and safekeeping of tools, equipment, and work area.
  3. Ensuring work is completed and meets schedule.
  4. Performing other assignments as required by the Supervisor.
  5. Ensuring compliance with workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of personal protective equipment while working; not engaging in any unsafe or negligent acts that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/health at work, as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  3. Able to handle product weights of approximately 12 kilograms.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  1. NTC-3 / ITC Certification with 1 to 3 years of working experience.
  2. Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment; candidates with working experience in an automated manufacturing environment will have an added advantage.
