Responsibilities

We are looking for a forward-thinking Instructional Designer based in Singapore to help shape the future of programming education through AI-powered learning experiences. In this role, you will design and develop innovative curricula and content for AI Agents, with a strong focus on quality assurance for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

You’ll collaborate closely with pilot institutions to identify real-world educational needs and translate them into impactful AI-driven content. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to global EdTech innovation in a fast-paced, experimental environment where education meets cutting-edge technology.

Curriculum & Content Development

• Design structured learning curricula for programming education powered by AI Agents.
• Develop content for intensive bootcamp and workshop-style programs.
• Create personalized learning paths tailored to different learner levels.
• Quality Assurance & Content Operations: Establish and manage quality assurance processes for AI-generated content using RAG systems.
• Develop workflows for content generation and continuous improvement.
• Use data-driven learning analytics to measure and optimize content effectiveness.
• Institutional Collaboration & Educational Support: Plan and facilitate onboarding workshops for pilot institutions.
• Create instructor guides and supporting educational materials.
• Customize resources for institutional needs and gather feedback for iterative improvement.

Skills/Requirement

• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational content creation.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and user guide development.
• Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) or LXP (Learning Experience Platforms).
• Background in developing programming or IT education content.
• Strong communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders including educators, developers, and learners.
• Basic understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and performance.
